Advisors LLC provides retained or project
based financial advisory and business consulting services to
privately-held companies of $5 million to $50+ million in annual
revenues and portfolio companies sponsored by private equity
funds. Drawing upon the broad experience within the Bison team
and its Advisors Group, Bison Advisors can provide a range of
consulting and advisory resources. Bison provides lower middle
market company management teams the type of high-quality advisory
resources that are typically made available to private equity
backed companies.
These services are provided to companies positioning themselves
for raising additional growth capital from third-party investors
or a potential change of control transaction as well as to
portfolio companies of private equity funds.
Services may include:
- Interim management assistance (CEO, COO, CFO,
Corporate Development, CMO, Controller, CIO, Board of Director
roles)

As an additional resource for our clients, Bison
has a close affiliation with the Amos Tuck School of Business
Administration at Dartmouth College, widely recognized

Tuck's Center for Private Equity and Entrepreneurship, Bison
