Bison Partners is comprised of two related entities:

• Bison Advisors LLC provides advisory and consulting services to middle market companies contemplating raising capital to grow, restructure or refinance their business.
  
  
• Bison Capital LLC can offer securities through Centre Capital Advisors, member NASD, through which it offers investment banking and M&A services for middle market companies which in certain cases can include the portfolio companies of private investment sponsors. Through its role as a designated origination agent for several “special situation” financing firms, Bison Capital can provide access to flexible debt and equity capital not available from “mainstream” investors, commercial lenders and finance companies.
